TFO Annual Management Training

On December 25 and 26, 2020, TFO's managers, department heads and key positions participated in the two-day Annual Management Training course - "the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People". The main purpose of the course is to enable participants to change their own thinking mode through learning, improve the efficiency of life and work, improve cross-departmental communication, and realize the leap from individual success to team success.

During the two-day training, the teacher combined theory with practice and deepened the students' understanding of the course learning. He analyzed the seven habits in details through the combination of video and text. The seven habits are: be proactive, begin with the end in mind, put first things first, think win-win, and seek first to understand, then to be understood, synergize and sharpen the saw. The teacher conducted special and combined group exercises on how to use each habit, so that the students could understand the importance of these habits more intuitively for the formation of self-discipline and the achievement of individuals.

They have gained a lot after the training. They will improve their own problems in their work and life in the future, so that they can become an efficient person first, then lead others to grow together effectively and achieve mutual success.
